dc.description.abstractIn the article, the changes in working age population structure are analysed in the context of the population ageing process based on the retrospective and projected data. The losses of the work force caused by high mortality level at adult ages are determined, the possible sources for reducing the negative effect of the population ageing process on the working age population size are considered.en_EN
