Abstract: Last time it felt an increasing need for development of the entrepreneurial skills both for those who open new businesses and young managers that manage new companies. Despite the risks and difficulties normally associated with the start-up of any business and despite the obstacles caused by economic and financial crisis, the new generation of entrepreneurs still finds the passion required to overcome barriers and move forward. A business can only be developed when people interact, when they know the obstacles and risks associated with launch and /or with business development. In terms of economic and financial challenges the role of the entrepreneurial skills is extremely important. Challenges can be controlled only by persons with appropriate skills that are developed through consultative assistance, training, cooperation with other successful business. This article is related to how to approach design training programs for entrepreneurs and young managers who want to develop business.
