Abstract

This paper discussed some problems of modernization of the enterprises in conditions of economic recession, as a factor of economic growth. The authors identify the main factors influencing the business in times of crisis, analyzes the factors that determine the success and activities necessary to resist the influence of recession. The highlighted anti-crisis activities are: methods of economic factors management, Total cash management system, financial activities, including short-term measures to increase cash flow, short-term measures for reducing cash outflows, long-term measures to increase financial inputs, long-term measures for reducing cash outflows,mega-motivational system.
