| Abstract: | The system approach to the analysis and management of social protection of the population is presented in the paper. It is shown that the system of social protection, which does not demand the special proof, can be used in the practical purposes only under certain conditions. Various levels of system of social protection of the population and their distinctive features are analyzed. |
