Abstract: Human resource policies are constant guiding lines in any organization working in the field of human resource management. They define both the „philosophy”, and the values of the respective organization in the field. The training process must be motivating; it must have well-settled standards of performance; it must be an active process using various study methods; and it must have a certain amount of time well allocated. Any evaluation of training policies must have in view how well they constitute solid investment, how well they reflect a positive philosophy, and how they make up an integral part of the process of managing human resources.
