Abstract

The strategic initiative of the Government of the Republic of Moldova from 2007 regarding the creation of the National Network of Social Workers had the goal of growing the level of the most vulnerable population’s segments inclusion in social works programs as well as to improve their access to social services. Social worker’s role i very important at the community level, he’s the specialist who establish contacts with the persons in need/difficulty, assess their needs and assure their access to the social provision and services existent at the community or rayonal/municipal level.
