Abstract: | Republic of Moldova is a new independent state, where is creating a postmodern society, with a democracy based on a neoliberal market economy. The neoliberal economy creates new principles and lifestyles. The growing level of material goods consumption conducts to the bigger volume of the solid household wastes. The household wastes control represents one of the important problems the Government is dealing with. Nowadays, the Republic of Moldova does not have an environmental politics which could help to prepare a legal framework with educational, informational and compulsion tools and techniques for the population, regarding the accumulation and recovery of the household wastes. The researches and discussions in the target groups denoted that even the intellectuals from the rural area (teachers, engineers, agronomists) do not know even the simply rules of how to manage their household wastes. |
