Abstract: | In times of crisis, but not limited to, customer loyalty is a key issue that must be reflected in the marketing strategies of small business to ensure their profitability and hence survival in the market. Why small business should allocate time and money for marketing policies? Is simple: win a new customer costs much more than keeping an old customer. The use of marketing strategies aimed at building a durable relationship with customers from each side to win. So this relationship must be one type of win / win for customers to remain loyal. |
