Abstract: Efforts are constantly emerging in the internationalization of business and special activities involving SMEs, or they have more content declaration under monopolistic tendencies aggressive internal and external. Stage jungle capitalism is inevitable, although small amounts in any political and socio-economic conditions. Imperial is always the same, always aiming high potential to create new jobs. In countries with progressive economic policies for SMEs are addressed primarily to social factor job opening. Internationalization is not certified as weather deviations, but as an ongoing process and inevitably, some of which are characteristic of known intermittently business cycles are now called "Kondratiev waves". Many of these processes anticipated by decades the emergence of the concept with many economic aspect called "internationalization". Important is the relationship government-SME internationalization, which is manifested by projects and programs to stimulate business areas, related not only import-export of goods but also services, innovations, technologies, etc.
