dc.description.abstractThe main way of achieving the goals of globalization is the fusion of companies. Over the years, major oil companies were particularly active in the line of globalization, both in extraction and processing of crude oil and the distribution and sale in retail shop. Acute need for companies to consolidate a highly volatile market caused a wave of mergers in the oil industry, which began in 1999 and continues today. Creating oil companies, acting both in the upstream site and downstream of the site, offers the possibility of obtaining a profit of whatever tendency that record oil prices and its derivatives.en_EN
