Creditul bancar – sursa de cofinanțare pentru proiectul „Gradina de trandafiri a Iulitei”

Abstract

Realizarea unei noi componente aferente proiectului de investiții „Gradina de trandafiri a Iulitei”și pentru dezvoltarea ȋntreprinderii presupune analiza eficientei economice a acesteia, concretizata ȋn compararea caracteristicilor acesteia cu cele ale altor capacitati existente, pentru a pune ȋn valoare existența unor elemente suplimentare relevante, materializate in costuri si niveluri ridicate ale performantelor economice, tehnologice și tehnice. O astfel de analiza presupune evaluarea completa a avantajelor si dezavantajelor noului obiectiv, gradul sau de eficienta și de reflectare a soluției optime pentru imbunatatirea conditiilor ȋntreprinderii, cȃt si de recuperare a fondurilor consumate. Din aceasta perspectiva, decizia de creditare ȋn vederea realizarii unei componente investitionale presupune existența cȃtorva variante de cerediatre, din care sa avem posibilitatea de a o alege varianata care prezinta cheltuielile cele mai reduse. Ȋntr-o astfel de situatie apare, ȋntr-o prima etapa, necesitatea gasirii acestor variante de creditare, urmata apoi de construirea la nivelul fiecarei variante de scenarii care sa aiba la baza calcule, analize economice bazate pe metode adecvate, comparații care sa ne permita identificarea unei variante care sa ne conduca la alegerea soluției optime care sa raspunda cerinței: cu eforturi minime sa se obtina efecte maxime.

The realization of a new component related to the investment project "Iulita's Rose Garden" and for the development of the enterprise involves the analysis of its economic efficiency, materialized in comparing its characteristics with those of other existing capacities, in order to highlight the existence of additional relevant elements, materialized in costs and high levels of economic, technological and technical performance. Such an analysis involves a complete assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the new objective, its degree of efficiency and reflection of the optimal solution for improving the conditions of the enterprise, as well as the recovery of consumed funds. From this perspective, the crediting decision in order to achieve an investment component presupposes the existence of several variants of cerediatricians, from which we have the possibility to choose the variant that presents the lowest expenses. In such a situation appears, in a first stage, the need to find these variants of credit, followed by the construction at the level of each variant of scenarios based on calculations, economic analyzes based on appropriate methods, comparisons that allow us identifying a variant that will lead us to choose the optimal solution that meets the requirement: with minimal effort to obtain maximum effects.
