Abstract
In the current context of climate change and sustainability concerns, the role of financial instruments in promoting sustainable finance and the circular economy is becoming increasingly important. This paper explores various available financial instruments, such as green bonds, sustainable loans, and ethical investment funds, and analyzes their impact on promoting circular economy initiatives. It also examines the barriers and challenges faced in implementing these instruments, as well as the policies and regulations that can facilitate their integration. By identifying the most effective practices and strategies, the paper aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on how the financial sector can contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable and circular economic model.
