Item Потребности предприятий в бизнес-услугах и уровень их удовлетворения в рамках ассоциаций предпринимателей(Tipografia UCCM, 2011) Aculai, Elena; Bulgac, AdelaIn this article, some questions of rendering of services to small and medium-sized enterprises by business-associations have been examined: needs of enterprises in services, main sources of them; structure of services depending on business location and on enterprise’s membership in association; comparison of entrepreneurs’ and association workers’ estimations regarding provision of services. The results of the survey, carried out in 2009 with the purpose of detection of perspectives of business-associations and NGOs’ development in Moldova are the basis of the article.
