In the article the authors propose a study of the demand for energy from renewable resources, conducted in base of inverse addiction between demand and price that is needed for a better understanding of the demand nature for energy. The reserved involvement of the domestic food industry and attitude of staff management concerning energy management, the confidence in "specific effects" demonstrates that under conditions when energy producer of renewable energy can not sell the final product under or more of theincurredproductivecost, is necessary to set an arbitrary range of possible values of marginal price trading allowing the manufacturer of renewable resources to "bypass" the potential losses, thus reducing the risks of problem concerning energy potentials of food industry.en_EN
