| Abstract: | În articol se descriu tipurile prestaţiilor sociale stabilite prin lege. Este demonstrat, că prin plătirea pensiilor, a indemnizaţiilor pentru copii, compensaţiilor nominative la plata serviciilor comunal-locative, indemnizaţiile sociale în Moldova se asigură o anumită protecţie socială a populaţiei. The article describes the legally prescribed types ofsocial payments. It is shown that through the payment ofpensions, child benefits, targeted compensations for paymentof housing and communal services, social allowances – the certain social protection of the population is provided in Moldova. |
