Нарушения в сфере оплаты труда: «зарплата в конверте»

Abstract

The actuality of the paper is confirmed by the need to monitor the factors affecting the collection of taxes for the purpose of replenishing the budget and extra-budgetary funds. The purpose of the paper is to analyze one of the most important factors – labor remuneration. The methods of logical and statistical analysis were used. The goal of the work consists in conclusions and proposals on reducing the negative phenomenon in the sphere of labor remuneration – "gray wages" in the Republic of Moldova.

Actualitatea temei abordate în lucrare este confirmată de necesitatea de a monitoriza factorii care afectează colectarea impozitelor pentru a alimenta fondurile bugetare și extrabugetare. Scopul studiului este de a analiza unul dintre cei mai importanți factori – plata. Au fost folosite metodele de analiză logică și statistică. Rezultatele lucrării constau în concluzii și propuneri privind reducerea fenomenului negativ în sfera plății forței de muncă – „salarii gri” în Republica Moldova.
