Оценка сельскохозяйственной деятельности мелких сельхозпроизводителей Республики Молдова

Abstract

Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена тем, что сельскохозяйственная деятельность мелких сельхозпроизводителей способствует повышению их доходов и тем самым приводит к снижению риска бедности сельских жителей. Однако при всей важности этой проблемы, она не нашла должного отражения ни в научной литературе, ни в разработке соответствующих политик в Республике Молдова. Использовались следующие методы исследования: статистический, монографический, аналогов, сравнения, анализа и синтеза. Оценка сельскохозяйственной деятельности мелких сельхозпроизводителей Республики Молдова осуществлена на основе результатов ежегодного статистического обследования, проводимого Национальным бюро статистики. При этом учитывались особенности функционирования хозяйств мелких сельхозпроизводителей. Результаты исследования показали, что в распоряжении мелких сельхозпроизводителей находятся сельскохозяйственные угодья, площадь которых позволяет им осуществлять свою деятельность. Имеются некоторые различия в структуре посевных площадей сельскохозяйственных культур в крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйствах и в хозяйствах населения. Мелкие сельхозпроизводители играют важную роль при производстве многих видов земледельческой и животноводческой продукции. Однако сельскохозяйственная деятельность мелких сельхозпроизводителей приносит им небольшие денежные доходы. Для их повышения необходимо разработать и реализовать комплексную государственную программу поддержки мелких сельхозпроизводителей.

The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the fact that the agricultural activities of small agricultural producers contribute to increasing their incomes and, thereby, reduces the risk of poverty for rural residents. However, despite the importance of this problem, it has not been adequately reflected either in the scientific literature or in the development of relevant policies in the Republic of Moldova. The following methods were used in the article: statistical, monographic, analogy, comparing, analysis and synthesis. The evaluation of agricultural activities of small agricultural producers in the Republic of Moldova was carried out on the basis of the results of the annual statistical survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics. At the same time, the particularities of the functioning of small agricultural producers were taken into account. The results of the research showed that at the disposal of small agricultural producers there are agricultural lands, the area of which allows them to carry out their activities. There are some differences in the structure of the acreage of agricultural crops in farms and in the households of the population. Small agricultural producers are of major importance in the production of many types of agricultural and livestock products. However, agricultural activities of small agricultural producers give them small monetary incomes. To increase them, it is necessary to develop and implement a comprehensive state program to support small agricultural producers.
