Formarea finanţelor publice în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Această publicaţie reflectă rezultatele unui studiu asupra evoluţiei finanţelor publice din Republica Moldova. Organul central de specialitate, care elaborează şi promovează politica unică a formării şi gestionării finanţelor publice, al aplicării pârghiilor financiare în concordanţă cu exigenţele economiei de piaţă, este Ministerul Finanţelor (MF), care în numele statului participă la încheierea acordurilor bilaterale şi multilaterale în vederea promovării şi protejării investiţiilor, evitării dublei impuneri şi a combaterii evaziunilor fiscale

This publication reflects the results of a study about the evolution of public finances in the Republic of Moldova. The Ministry of Finance is the central body that elaborates and promotes the unique policies of formation and management of public finances, the application of financial instruments with the requirements of the market economy. This Ministry participates in bilateral and multilateral agreements to promoting and protecting investments, avoiding double taxation and combating tax evasion.
