Abstract:	To determine the best option from many innovations it is used to assess their effectiveness. The economi assessment of indicators is performed based on their technical characteristics of the innovative product or activity of the organization. Therefore, the cumulative effect should include its three components: the scientific and technological, economic and social effects.
