| Abstract: | In this article is presented as model for calculating the cost of charging for products of animal origin. In conditions of market economy prices continuously change products and services necessary for the production of which dressing production process after they appear on the market in their marketing. To determine the cost of these value producte is necessary to calculate cost rates, which allow to assess marketing and economic efficiency. |
