dc.description.abstractMediul intern reprezinta totalitatea resurselor materiale, financiare si umane de care dispune intreprinderea. Pentru o intreprindere agroalimentara, asigurarea accesului la aceste resurse reprezinta un proces dificil, cu multe obstacole. Dezvoltarea zonelor rurale este imposibila in absenta unei activitati economice sustinute, iar activitatea economica este imposibila in absenta unui flux constant de resurse. Crearea si directionarea acestui flux de resurse este responsabilitatea statului. Acest articol isi propune sa analizeze comparativ situatia intreprinderilor agroalimentare din Romania si Republica Moldova din perspectiva asigurarii necesarului de resurse.en_EN

For a food enterprise, gaining access to these resources is a difficult process, with many obstacles. Rural development is impossible without a sustained economic activity, and economic activity is impossible without a steady flow of resources. Creating and directing the flow of resources is the responsibility of the government. This article aims to comparatively analyze the situation of food companies in Romania and Moldova in terms of resource abundance.en_EN
