Impactul integrării României în UE asupra agriculturii

Abstract

In the 2007-2013 timeframe, the agriculture and rural space in Romania will take important steps toward integration in the communitary structures. The agricultural politic will be changed fundamentally, by passing from the production aid system, which hasn't assured the expected restructuration, economic performance growth and of market competitivity, to CAP mecanisms. Objective completion is established in the National Strategic Plan for Rural Development. It includes a financing plan which contains public, anual, financial alocations, national and communitary, on development axes. A National Rural Development Program, was also drafted, which provides distribution of public allocations and / or private individual measures set out in the National Strategic Plan. Implementation of the RDP structures are created under the provisions of Council Regulations (EEC) no. 1698/2005 on the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development "Community Strategic Guidelines for Rural Development" in 2007-2013. National Rural Development Program develops and deepens the National Strategic Plan guidelines and lists of rural development programs that implement the NSP and EAFRD financial allocations distributed programs.
