dc.description.abstractThe trend of reduction of cultural consumption, especially among youth, in the Republic of Moldova in the last years has been accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the process of digitalization. In order to stimulate the cultural consumption among youth from Moldova has been implemented recently the national program ”Cultural Voucher” which represents a financial instrument that offers an amount of money that can only be used on expenditures for cultural goods and services. In this paper is analyzed the international experience in adopting cultural vouchers on which was based this program in Moldova, the current development in the country and future prospects.en_EN
