| Abstract: | The paper describes the application of convergent technology for resolving the problems of assessing the human capital using the extended model of D. Mincer as an example. The software package was developed on the XWiki platform (Java, Velocity, Groovy, generation of dynamic pages, etc.) using libraries of statistics and processing tabular data from the Python language. |
