Abstract

Managementul colecțiilor in BRTS este definit de ,,Politica de dezvoltare a colecțiilor”, care raspunde necesitaților utilizatorilor, provocarilor mediului informational- tehnologic și profilului bibliotecii. In acest sens, biblioteca dezvolta si promoveaza colectii segmentate in functie de tipul documentelor și suportul informațional, care reprezinta o sursa indispensabila de informare in domeniul tehnico-științific.

The management of collections in BRTS is defined by the “Collection Development Policy”, which responds to the needs of users, challenges of the informationtechnological Environment and the profile of the library. In this regard, the library develops and promotes segmented collections according to the type of documents and information support, which represents an indispensable source of information in the technical-scientific field.
