Abstract: | The fields of research and innovation are the priorities of the European strategy for economic growth and employment of workforce. Thus, the European Union allocates billions of euros for research activities, which most likely go to the best such centers on the continent. To make an assessment of the field of research and innovation through the prism of these centers, in this paper we propose ourselves to describe the specificity of research institutions in the European Union. The analysis will be based mainly on the international ranking Webometrics Research, which is a ranking that evaluates the websites of universities, research institutions, hospitals and business schools. |
